The investments you make in my healing sessions, coaching courses, mentorship or sound healing trainings are an investment in yourself. These products have the potential to change your life and there is a lot of love and energy that I put into the creation and serving of these offerings.

As such, I do not offer refunds. I have the following boundaries when it comes to payment policy:

• All payments are required upfront at the time of booking, in full, unless a payment plan has been offered (longer courses, retreats and trainings only).

• If you enter into a payment plan with me, you will sign a contractual agreement and be bound by those terms. You will be held accountable to pay the full payment plan for the full amount of time whether or not you complete the course or training.

• I do not offer additional discounts or one-off special offers other than those I market via email or instagram. Any additional personal discounts are at my discretion.

• I only offer cancellations or refunds up to 24 hours after your time of booking or payment. For 1:1 or private healing sessions you may reschedule up to 24 hours before our session, reschedules less than 24 hours before a session will result in forfeiting your session and payment.

• I do not offer refunds for longer commitment courses, trainings or retreats unless in extenuating circumstances where I have to make unexpected changes or cancellations to the dates or running of the offering. Reschedules/changes may be possible at my discretion depending on availability and circumstances of individual cases.
